Configuration Steps

Login to your Control Panel via https://cp.myhostedsolution.com




Click Hosted Organizations




Click your Organizations Name




Click Mailboxes




Click on the Users Display Name and under the General Tab enter the Users First and Last Name




Save Changes and try adding your user once more
