Exchange Hosting - Deleted Mailbox is still listed on Distribution list

In your Online Control Panel

Click Exchange Hosting Service

Click Hosted Organizations

Click your domain name

Click Users

Click the Red "X" to the right of the User Account and confirm deletion.
