iPhone Activesync Configuration for Exchange 2007

* Activesync configuration on an iPhone requires 2.0 update

New phone or upgraded phone:
Select mail icon
Select Microsoft Exchange
Enter: email address, domain - leave field empty, username is email address, password
Select next – Iphone will attempt to verify settings, accept any warnings
Enter: server name – mail.myhostedsolution.com, next
At prompt to verify sync of mail, contacts, calendar – verify items are checked and select Save

If there is already an account on phone
Select Settings, Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Add Account
Select Microsoft Exchange
Enter: email address, domain - leave field empty, username is email address, password
Select next – Iphone will attempt to verify Exchange settings, accept any warnings
Enter: server name – mail.myhostedsolution.com, next
At prompt to verify sync of mail, contacts, calendar – verify items are checked and select Save
