Account Locks After Invalid Attempts

Summary
After 10 incorrect password attempts our system locks the account for 30 minutes. This system is in place for our protection and yours.
Configuration Steps
To Unlock a Users Account:
Navigate to the Users section in your control panel (https://cp.myhostedsolution.com)
In the online Control Panel

Click on Hosted Organizations

Click on the name of your Organization

Click on Users

Select the User whose account is Locked and Uncheck 'Account is locked out' and click Save at the bottom of the page
